THE ROMANS the coasts of Mexico in the second century AD
The ancient Romans as early as the second century AD, had managed to reach the shores of Mexico. This is confirmed by a Roman statue found in an Aztec pyramid in the early 1500's that is in the Toluca Valley about 65 kilometers from Mexico City. The discovery dates back to 1933, but has been declared authentic by scholars only recently. It is assumed that the object travels on a Roman ship had departed from the Canary Islands and arrived in America at random. It is equally likely that the ship never came back. The same fate may have touched other ships, not only Roman, but of all those ancient peoples who have gone down in history as great navigators: Greeks and Phoenicians.
Not all scholars, however, agree with this thesis: finding the Roman one little test: You may have been moved from a "Conquistador" English as an amulet.
