NEW DISCOVERIES IN EGYPT!

Rome, May 14 - (Adnkronos) - New wonders of Egyptian art came to light in recent excavations of the Italian Archaeological Mission in Luxor in the tomb of Harwa: were discovered a monumental bas-relief a funeral dance, four mummies, two of which are in excellent condition and with traces of gilding still visible on the face and body, and a funerary portrait painting on a thin piece of wood, dating to the second century AD, depicting a young man with mustache and goatee dressed in robes and cloak. The findings announced by Professor Francesco Tiradritti, archaeologist and Egyptologist responsible for the Italian mission of the excavation in the tomb of Harwa, a character who lived during the XXV Dynasty (775-653 BC), who is 'one of the charges most' important of the theocratic state of Amon at Thebes, in quality 'of the Great Divine Butler Adorer.
