As I "threatened" some time ago, this time I'm working hard to Small bags of my collection for spring / summer 2011 ... being little more than novices, design a bag (although it's easy) make the pattern and realize it takes me a long time ... so there's still a lot of work but, for all of you who follow me I have a little surprise ... I decided to show you a preview of my new-born creations ...

that this fabric is a cotton I bought in a store full of quilting fabrics .. where I visited some time ago with Miss E. and where, sinceramene, I spent a real capital in fabrics and sewing tools ... but it was all so beautiful ....

Today is Father's Day ... even if they are grown in recent years, I find it is right to celebrate as my parents when I was a kid ... but while I manage with my mom with some of my creations, finding a gift for my dad is always a ... so, yesterday in a market when I saw this statue .... was so vulgar that I could not resist!! You might ask why

Oscar has a white spot under his nose ... not a defect of the image is that, for many years I have been trying to grow the mustache to my father (I have a weakness for man with white hair and mustache!) and never misses a chance to send him more or less subliminal messages ... but for now, even the threat of attack a few hairpieces with hot glue was successful in his sleep .. . ... who the patient takes the win ... and I do not give up!!

FOLLOWER or "Followers" - what they are, what they do, how it becomes.

Since I have a blog of my own I'm learning a lot about the world of bloggers, the community and so on ... one of my most recent discoveries is the 'application FOLLOWER or, as they translated into Italian, fixed reader.

This tool has two main functions: the first is

make happy and proud blogger which sees increase its admirers, while the second, perhaps more useful is to allow members to more easily follow the s favorite blog / i.

But we see specifically how do you become a Folower a blog - to tell the truth there are several ways but this seems like the easiest-( in this example I used myself and my blog):

1. search the list of followers in the favorite blog ( mine is on the right sidebar ) and click on " follow."

2. you can now access the account type you prefer ( I used google) by clicking the appropriate button .

3. choose whether to follow the blog privately or publicly in the latter case, the image will appear in your account nelle'elenco ( like me and my face in the example !), once selected choice, click on "follow this blog .

4. you are now a fixed reader! And if you chose the option "follow publicly" your image will appear in the list of Follower!!

5. Now you can follow your favorite blog, constantly updated, from the comfort of Blogger Dashboard in 'People reading.

Beads - TECHNIQUE MIMOSA

To celebrate with you all the Women's Day, today I decided to talk about the technique of mimosa.

This technique can DEEMED a variant of TECHNIQUE OF ANXIETY and can be used as the name suggests to create the typical round flowers of mimosa (as in the photo ) or berries in bunches of grapes.

• formed on a wire an odd number of loops (in this case are mimosa 5) where the plant will have the maximum number of beads (9), while the number of those side will decrease by 2 at a time, as you depart. To clarify, in our example we have a pattern of 5,7,9,7,5. As shown below.

• Twist the wire as to get a branch (see HERE )

• Continue to twist the handles on their own and with all your fingers give to a spherical shape.

and voila your flower-ball is made of mimosa.

Considerations:

The number of loops and beads is purely indicative, obviously want great final ball, the higher should be the number of beads and loops used.

PRINCESS How to become a do-it-yourself!

I always had a passion for unrestrained tiaras ... it will be because they are all sbrilluccicose or because we girls (all ages) are all a little 'princesses!

So I told myself that there is no better opportunity to do a roundup of the Carnival of my favorite tutorial on crowns and coronets .

The first is the Pipe Cleaner Princess Tiara Tutorial of whimsy love and can be found HERE . These instructions explain step by step how to create a tiara with simple clear pipe cleaners ... not !?... is fantastic and if you're wondering (as I did) ... the brushes used here brillosi ; are not those classic chenille but those who sell the tobacconist decorative you can find in hobby shops.

This tutorial is very easy to follow and execute even if you do not know English (because there are lots of photos) and is not practical creative hobbies!

The second is the Gilded Lace Crowns Tutorial of Bitter Betty Blogs and can be found HERE . This tutorial teaches us how to create real crowns with strips of lace and gold paint ... compared to the first is a bit 'more complex and requires more work ... but, did you see the result?! This craft is not only ideal to be worn as a decorative element but also to make gifts our homes!

The third is the Princess Tiara Tutorial of Lu Baby Bird found that HERE ... and not only shows us how to make a wreath with a little ' Felt and some rhinestone ... but there is also the co-ordinated magic wand .... from real fairy princess ahhh ... as a child I would kill to have a false set of gender (I'll fix now !!!)...

Fourth is Aluminium Foil Dress Up of Filth Wizardry and can be found HERE ... well this is not a tutorial .. . but shows a complete set which includes bracelets a princess, crown, tiara and magic wand, all made of tin foil ... I've found a brilliant idea, ideal in its simplicity ... as a last-minute solution: fast, cheap and that is performed using what is already in the house!!

Last but not least ... we got to the fifth and final tutorial carnival and theme parties: how to create a crown princess of idea in the hands and can be found HERE . Doria shows us how with a circle, wire and some beads can transform us all into princesses ...

Surfing the net are usually my favorite tutorial in English (... but hey ... they have the law of large numbers their !!!!) so when I find in a Italian so nice to compete with him (as in this case) I always filled " patriotism"!

My review on tiaras and crowns is over ... (for now) ... now salute your Majesty and I'm going to fabricate my own personal crown!

Beads - the branch by ANSA - TUTORIAL-BONSAI TREE

Hi, today I wanted to take a moment to talk about TECHNIQUE OF ANXIETY because I realized that maybe I missed some step in the ... Specifically:

from or how ' build the loop branch (and hence the' tree ).

• on a wire loop formed some ( the number of loops and beads that make up are at your discretion).

• anxiety of starting a half, the coiled wire.

• wrap handles high as to reach such a result:

(you will see that this branch is more erratic than in high This is because the space between the various loops was different and because the wire was coiled in a less homogeneous - in my opinion this type of branch has "an effective natural "...)

• Once you have formed a sufficient number of twigs, begin to twist together 2 or 3 ...

• continue to twist in groups of 2 or 3 sprigs of these even thicker ...

• keep it up until you get a single "branch", which will then be the trunk of our tree, cover it with tape from florists (gutta percha) brown.

• Slowly open branches and twigs, giving your bonsai form you like e. ..

voila the tree is finished!

Some considerations:

will notice that in this tutorial, more than others, I have not specified lengths, amount of beads or branches needed, etc. ... this because I believe that these things are very subjective, in short we need to go 'a bit with feeling ... so, as I said before your creation will be more "natural" and original!!

We have already spoken of this very useful tool essential for all perlineggiatrici : the reel slips pearls (if you do not remember go HERE ).

Here is a simple tutorial to create a , with what you have at home, in a few easy steps .

NEED:

a round bowl ( I had this pudding is fine aluminum but also the plastic package of mascarpone or ricotta, the important thing is that it is round )

pointed scissors

a Bic pen gun hot glue (or tape)
roll of duct tape

1. remove the refill from the Bic pen (we serve only the straw, it would be perfect if the pen was already sold out)

2. make a hole in the center of the bowl and spread it with the tip of scissors, being careful not to hurt you.

3. insert the straw into the hole of the pen to an inch and a half.

4. stops all with hot glue (or tape) both within and below the container.

5. Using as support the roll of tape, here is our reel ready to be filled with beads of your choice!!
